At the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 22 November, there were not enough candidates to form a full Committee.
Please see the enclosed notification of an Extraordinary Meeting due to be held on 10 January 2013 at 8.00pm - there are still six vacancies to be filled on the Committee (Treasurer and five Committee members). Nominations will close at 11.00pm, 21 December 2012.
