News for Nocton and Dunston

Newsletter for October

"Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I hope you are well.

Please find attached and below the newsletter for October. (Pictures are only on the attached version.)  This month includes
  • some good news items,
  • a consultation on heritage services,
  • information on Business,
  • a call for support to help refresh our Cliff Villages voluntary car scheme,
  • campaign news on libraries, housing development and rural funding.
  • Towards the calendar and photos, don’t miss the invitation for local young people to have a special day at PGL, Caythorpe on October 27th.
  • And let me know if you would like to join me on the Chocolate evening in Folkingham £7.50 on Friday 25th October. (Places limited to 40)
There is currently a national move to get fairer funding for rural Counties such as Lincolnshire. Can you add support? I have set up an e-petition for you on "Rural Fair Share" at: http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/55469  Please encourage as many others to support it.  It is only when we show that we care, that we begin to count and those in power know that we matter.

Best wishes in all your endeavours. Hope to see you soon,

Kind Regards,

Marianne
