Thefts from motor vehicles

The following message came from Lincolnshire Alert

"Message sent by Jacqueline Commons (Support, Enquiry Officer, B'bridge Heath Station)

This is a message on behalf of the Washingborough & Metheringham Local Policing Team, on Thursday 6th February 2014.

Between 17:30 hours on Tuesday 4th and 08:30 hours on Wednesday 5th February 2014, offender/s have removed the catalytic converter from a silver Toyota Hi-Lux parked and secure on a drive on The Green in Nocton. Incident 98 05/02/14 refers.

Please remain vigilant and call in any suspicious incidents to us straight away on 101, or 999.
Thank you."

This is the second such incident in the local area. At the Parish Council meeting on 4th February, it was reported that on 9th January a catalytic converter had been stolen from a vehicle on Sleaford Road.
