A feedback report of the findings will be sent to all participants next month.

  1. It will be interesting to see the feedback report of the findings when it is published some time during August.
    I'm sure Vattenfall will want to put a positive slant on it, even if a lot of comments were negative.
    I have said it before and I will say it again but the fact is that the majority of people in the surrounding villages are not all that interested, particularly as many will not see the wind farm from their property. People are now quite used to seeing wind farms scattered around as they drive round this country, and although it will be visible from the B1188 its not going to bother them. I could echo that comment but because I care about the wildlife on the fen and the inherent beauty of fenland landscape I am very much in the camp of those opposing the wind farm project.
    The other evening I walked across the public footpath that goes across nocton fen, and was treated to a lovely sunset. Just imagine how a host of wind turbines would spoil that view.
