I refer to my last blog about this planning application.
Please note this application will now be heard by the Eastgate Planning Sub-Committee on 17th January 2017.
The notice issued by North Kesteven Disrict Council on 5th January 2017 has all the relevant details:

You have previously submitted comments about the above planning application which will now be considered by the Planning Sub Committee on 17th January 2017.
This meeting is open to the public and starts at 5:00 pm in The Council Chamber, North Kesteven Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford.
How do I register to speak?
By telephoning 01529 304807 (24 hour answerphone service). You have from the day the committee agenda is published; usually 6 working days before the meeting - until 12 noon 2 working days before the meeting. This is the only way you can register a request to speak at a planning meeting.
Democratic Services will call you back to confirm meeting arrangements.
To help ensure fair proceedings, late requests to speak will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, with the approval of the Chairman.
If you wish, photographs, illustrative drawings or presentations may be used within the three minutes speaking time, but you must make sure that our Planning Division has them by 12 noon on the Friday before the Committee meeting. Please contact Carolyn Smith or one of the Planning Assistants, on 01529 414155 for details on how to submit presentation material, or email your documents to planning@n-kesteven.gov.uk. Please note the size limit of attachments to emails is 10MB.
After 12 noon on the Friday before the Committee meeting no further requests to speak or presentation materials will be accepted.
