Letter from Simons to NKDC
I refer to my blog dated 16 Feb 2018 highlighting the Tree Officer's continuing concerns.You may like to be aware the Design Director for the project (Darren Wallace) has written to the Case Officer with further comments on 1 Mar 2018.
The document can be viewed on the Planning Portal using the reference 18/0073/FUL.
Select the 'Documents' tab and you will see the correspondence posted 5 Mar 2018 entitled 'Response to tree officer comments and clarification re car parking'.
